Section : Court may require accounts of trust to be filed.

19. Court may require accounts of trust to be filed.--Beforegiving leave for institution of a suit, or, after leave has beengiven, before any proceeding is taken, or at any time when the suit ispending, the Court may order the trustee, manager or superintendent,or any member of a committee, as the case may be, to file in Court theaccounts of the trust, or such part thereof as to the Court may seemnecessary.---------------------------------------------------------------------1.
