Section : Court of Wards to be made curator in case of minors having propertysubject to its jurisdiction.

207. Court of Wards to be made curator in case of minors havingproperty subject to its jurisdiction.-Nothing in this Part shall bedeemed to authorise any disturbance of the possession of a Court ofWards of any property; and in case a minor, or other disqualifiedperson whose property is subject to the Court of Wards, is the partyon whose behalf application is made under this Part, the DistrictJudge, if he determines to summon the party in possession and toappoint a curator, shall invest the Court of Wards with thecuratorship of the estate pending the proceeding without takingsecurity as aforesaid; and if the minor or other disqualified person,upon the adjudication of the summary proceeding, appears to beentitled to the property, possession shall be delivered to the Courtof Wards.
