Section : Delegation.

37. Delegation. A Food Corporation may, by general or special order in writing, delegate to the Chairman or any other member of the board --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Subs. by Act 67 of 1972, s. 6. 2 Ins. by s. 7, ibid. 92 of directors or the Secretary or other officer of the Corporation, subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and functions under this Act as it may deem necessary.
