Section : Delegation of powers of State Government.

229.Delegation of powers of State Government.- The State Government may, by notification delegate to any officer or authority subordinate to it any of the powers conferred on it or on any officer subordinate to it by this Act, other than powers to make rules, to be exercised, subject to such restrictions and conditions -as may be specified La the said notification.
