Section : Dismissed practitioners to surrender certificates.

26. Dismissed practitioners to surrender certificates. When anypleader, mukhtar or revenue-agent is suspended or dismissed under thisAct, he shall forthwith deliver up his certificate to the Court orofficer at the head of the office before or in which he was practisingat the time he was so suspended or dismissed, or to any Court orofficer to which the High Court or Chief Controlling Revenue-authority1* (as the case may be) orders him to deliver the same.
