Section : Distribution of revenue.

40. Distribution of revenue.-The President shall, by order, determine the share of States of Bihar and Jharkhand in the total amount payable to the existing State of Bihar on the recommendation of the Finance Commission constituted under article 280 of t e Constitution, in such manner as he thinks fit.
