Section : Distribution of revenue.

41. Distribution of revenue.-The President shall, by order, determine the share of the States of Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal in its total amount payable to the existing State of Uttar Pradesh on the recommendation of the Finance Commission constituted nder article 280 in such manner as he thinks fit.
