Section : Documents to be retained by registrar.

32. Document to be retained by registrar. On the registry of a ship, the registrar shall retain in his custody the following documents:-- (a) the surveyor's certificate; (b) the builder's certificate; (c) any instrument of sale by which the ship was previously sold; (d) all declarations of ownership.
