12. Domicile not acquired by residence as representative offoreign Government or as part of his family.-A person who is appointedby the Government of one country to be its ambassador, consul or otherrepresentative in another country does not acquire a domicile in thelatter country by reason only of residing there in pursuance of hisappointment; nor does any other person acquire such domicile by reasononly of residing with such first-mentioned person as part of hisfamily, or as a servant.---------------------------------------------------------------------1 Subs. by Act 3 of 1951, s. 3 and Sch., for "the States".---------------------------------------------------------------------57
