Section : Duration of Legislative Assembly of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.

17. Duration of Legislative Assembly of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. The changes in the composition of the Legislative Assemblies of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh shall not affect the duration of either of those Assemblies.
