Section : Effect of decision of summary proceeding.

209. Effect of decision of summary proceeding.-The decision of aDistrict Judge in a summary proceeding under this Part shall have noother effect than that of settling the actual possession; but for thispurpose it shall be final, and shall not be subject to any appeal orreview.126
