Section : Effect on certificate of previous certificate, probate or letters ofadministration.

385. Effect on certificate of previous certificate, probate orletters of administration.-Save as provided by this Act, a certificategranted thereunder in respect of any of the effects of a deceasedperson shall be invalid if there has been a previous grant of such acertificate or of probate or letters of administration in respect ofthe estate of the deceased person and if such previous grant is inforce.
