Section : Election of the Pradhan and members of Gram Panchayat.

21. Election of the Pradhan and members of Gram Panchayat.- The Pradhan and members of the Gram Panchayat shall be elected by direct election under secret ballot by the members of the Gram Sabha from amongst themselves in such manner as may be prescribed.
