Section : Establishment of Layout-Design Appellate Board.

32. Establishment of Layout-Design Appellate Board.-The Central Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish an Appellate Board to be known as the Layout-Design Appellate Board to exercise the jurisdiction, powers and authority co ferred on it by or under this Act.
