Section : Establishment of National Environment Tribunal.

8. Establishment of National Environment Tribunal. The Central Government shall, by notification, establish a Tribunal, to be known as the National Environment Tribunal, to exercise the jhrisdic- tion, powers and authority Conferred on it by or under this Act.
