Section : Executor when to deliver legacies.

337. Executor when to deliver legacies.-An executor oradministrator is not bound to pay or deliver any legacy until theexpiration of one year from the testator's death. Illustration A by his will directs his legacies to be paid within six monthsafter his death. The executor is not bound to pay them before theexpiration of a year.
