Section : Exiting rights not affected.

36.Exiting rights not affected. Nothing in this Chapter shall be deemed to affect- (a) any rights or liabilities in relation to the performing rights in any work accrued or incurred before the commence- ment of this Act ; (b) any legal proceedings in respect of such rights or liabilities pending at such commencement.
