Section : Fee for certificates.

25. Fee for certificates. Every certificate, whether original orrenewed, issued under this Act shall be written upon stamped paper ofthe value prescribed therefor in the Second Schedule hereto annexed1*[and of such description as the State Government may, from time totime, prescribe]: Provided that a certificate issued on or after the first day ofJuly in any year may be written on stamped paper of half the value soprescribed: 2*[Provided also that no stamped paper shall be required in thecase of a certificate whether original or renewed authorizing, under---------------------------------------------------------------------1 Ins. by Act 9 of 1884, s. b.2 Ins. by Act 1 of 1908, s. 4.17section 7, a vakil or attorney on the roll of a High Court establishedby Royal Charter to practise as a pleader.]
