Section : Filing of original wills of which probate or administration with willannexed granted.

294. Filing of original wills of which probate or administrationwith will annexed granted.-(1) Every District Judge, or DistrictDelegate, shall file and preserve all original wills, of which probateor letters of administration with the will annexed may be granted byhim, among the records of his Court, until some public registry forwills is established. (2) The State Government shall make regulations for thepreservation and inspection of the wills so filed.
