Section : Forgery for purpose of harming reputation.

469. Forgery for purpose of harming reputation.--Whoever commitsforgery, intending that the document forged shall harm the reputationof any party, or knowing that it is likely to be used for thatpurpose, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description fora term which may extend to three years, and shall also be liable tofine.
