Section : Government to make special provision respecting msoques, etc.

3. Government to make special provision respecting msoques, etc.--In the case of every mosque, temple or other religious establishmentto which the provisions of either of the Regulations specified in 4*[the preamble to this Act] are applicable, and nomination of thetrustee, manager or superintendent thereof, at the time of the passingof this Act, is vested in, or may be exercised by, the Government orany public officer, or in which the nomination of such trustee,manager or superintendent shall be subject to the confirmation of theGovernment or any public officer, the State Government shall, as soonas possible after the passing of this Act, make special provision ashereinafter provided.
