Section : Grants and loans by the Central Government.

14. Grants and loans by the Central Government. (1) The Central Government may, after due appropriation made by Parliament by law in this behalf, pay to the Central Warehousing Corporation for the purposes of either fund maintained by the Corporation-- (a) by way of grants, such sums of money as the Central Government may consider necessary; and (b) by way of loans, such grants and loans as the central Government may make for the purposes of the Warehousing fund; and (2) When making a payment under sub-section (1), the Central Government shall specify the fund for the purposes of which the payment is made.
