Section : Grants and loans by the Central Government Jute Furd.

9. Grants and loans by the Central Government Jute Furd. The Central Government may, after due appropriation made by Parliament by law in this behalf, pay to the Council by way of grants or loans such sums of money as the Central Government may think fit for being utilised for the purposes of this Act.
