Section : Incorporation of Institute.

4.Incorporation of Institute. The Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and ReSearch, Chandigarh, is hereby constituted a body corporate by the --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. 1.4.1967: Vide Notifn. No. S.O. 1115(E), dt. 29.3.1967. -------------------------------------------------------------------- 124 name aforesaid and as such body corporate, it shall have perpetual succession and a common seal with power, subject to the provisions of this Act, to acquire, hold and dispose of property and to contract and shall, by that name, sue and be sued.
