Section : Interrogations by Judge may be public or private.

14. Interrogations by Judge may be public or private.-Everyinterrogation mentioned in this Act and made by the Judge may, at thediscretion of the Judge, take place in open Court or in his privateroom.If any such interrogation take place in open Court, the Judge may, solong as it shall continue, exclude from the Court all such persons ashe shall think fit to exclude.
