Section : Inventory to include property in any part of India in certain cases.

318. Inventory to include property in any part of India incertain cases.-In all cases where a grant has been made of probate orletters of administration intended to have effect throughout 1*[India]2*, the executor or administrator shall include in the inventory ofthe effects of the deceased all his moveable and immoveable propertysituate in 1*[India], and the value of such property situate in eachstate shall be separately stated in such inventory, and the probate orletters of administration shall be chargeable with a fee correspondingto the entire amount or value of the property affected therebywheresoever situate within 1*[India].
