Section : Issue of certificate to under-raiyats.

130.Issue of certificate to under-raiyats. When the compensation or the first instalment of the compensation, as the case may be, has been paid by the under-raiyat, the competent authority may suo motu and shall, on application made to it in this behalf, issue to the under-raiyat a certificate in the prescribed form declaring him to be the owner of the land specified therein. 583
