Section : Liberty to parties to marry agian.

19. Liberty to parties to marry agian.-When any decree dissolvinga marriage shall have been passed under the provisions of this Act, itshall be as lawful for the respective parties thereto to marry againas if the prior marriage had been dissolved by death, and the issue ofany such re-marriage shall be legitimate, any 1*[personal law] to thecontrary notwithstanding: Provided always that no minister of religion shall be compelledto solemnize the marriage of any person whose former marriage may havebeen dissolved under this Act, or shall be liable to any suit orpenalty for refusing to solemnize the marriage of any such person.
