Orphanages and Other Charitable Homes (Supervision and Control) Act,1960

Section : Managing committee.

20. Managing committee. (1) There shall be a managing committee in charge of the management of every recognised home and the members of the managing committee shall appoint a member thereof to be the manager of such home for the purposes of this Act. (2) The constitution, powers and functions of the managing com- mittee and the term of office of the members thereof shall be such as may be provided in the constitution pertaining to such home.
