Section : Meetings of the Council.

8. Meetings of the Council. (1) The Council shall meet at least once in each year at such time and place as may be appointed by the Council. (2) Unless otherwise provided by regulations, fifteen members of the Council shall form a quorum, and all the acts of the Council shall be decided by a majority of the members present and voting.
