Section : Member and Staff of Authority, etc., to be public servants.

90. Member and Staff of Authority, etc., to be public servants.-The Chairperson, members, officers and other employees of the Authority and the Registrar-General and the officers and other employees working under him shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
