Section : Minutes.

33. Minutes.- (1) Minutes shall be kept of the names of the members and of the officers, if any, present, and of the proceedings at each meeting of the Gram Panchayat and if any member present at the meeting so desires, of the names of the member voting respectively for or against any resolution, in a book to be provided for the purpose and after they are read over and agreed to, shall be signed by the Pradhan and Up-Pradhan or person presiding at such meeting, and shall at ail reasonable times be open to inspection by any member of the, Gram Panchayat. Any person may inspect the copy of minutes of the meeting. The minutes books shall always be kept in the office of the Gram Panchayat, and shall be in the custody of the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat. (2) A copy of every resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat shall within ten days from the date of meeting, be forwarded by the Secretary to the Chief Executive Officer.
