THE FIRST SCHEDULE [See section 4 (2)] MODIFICATIONS IN THE DELIMITATION OF COUNCIL CONSTITUENCIES (BIHAR) ORDER, 1951 In the Table,-- (a) in the third column relating to graduates' constituencies for the figures "2", "2", "1" and "1", the figures "3", "2", "2" and "1" shall respectively be substituted; (b) in the third column relating to teachers' constituencies, for the figures "1", "1", "2", and "2", the figures "2", "1", "3" and "2" shall respectively be substitued; (c) in the third column relating to local authorities' constituencies, for the figures "6", "6", "6" and "6", the figures "8", "8", "9" and "9" shall respectively be substituted.
