32.Nomination of candidates for election. Any person may be nominated as a candidate for election to fill a seat 2* * * if he is qualified to be chosen to fill that seat under the provisions of the Constitution and this Act 8* * * 4 [or under 2 the provisions of the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963,(20 of 1963) as the case may be].
