THE SECOND SCHEDULE [See sections 5(2) and 6(2).] OATH OF ALLEGIANCE I, A. B........................... do solemnly affirm (or swear) that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established, and that I will faithfully observe the laws of India and fulfil my duties as a citizen of India.
