Section : On suspended or dismissed practitioner practising during suspension orafter dismissal.

34. On suspended or dismissed practitioner practising duringsuspension or after dismissal. Any pleader, mukhtar or revenue-agentwho, under the provisions of this Act, has been suspended ordismissed, and who, during such suspension or after such dismissal,practises as a pleader, mukhtar or revenue-agent in any Court orrevenue-office, shall be liable, by order of such Court or the officerat the head of such office, to a fine not exceeding five hundredrupees, and in default of payment to imprisonment in the civil jailfor a term which may extend to six months.
