Section : Other laws not to be disregarded.

411. Other laws not to be disregarded. Save as provided in this Act nothing contained in this Act shall be construed as authorising the disregard by the Council or the Chairperson or any municipal officer or other municipal employee of any laws for the time being in force. 132
