Section : Parties to appeals.

42. Parties to appeals. For the purpose of any appeal under this Act, it shall be sufficient if only such persons as, in the opinion of the appellant, are necessary parties to the appeal for the purpose of determining the real questions in controversy between them, are impleaded as respondents to the appeal: Provided that where it appears to the High Court at the hearing that any person who was a party to the proceeding before the Tribunal 85 from whose decree the appeal is preferred but who has not been made a party to the appeal is interested in the result of the appeal, the Court may adjourn the hearing to a future date to be fixed by the Court and direct that such person be made a respondent.
