Section : Penalty for contravention of section 32.

55. Penalty for contravention of section 32. Whoever in the course of any inter-State trade or commerce, makes any transaction, deal or contract in contravention of the provisions of section 32 shall be punished with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees, and, for the second or subsequent offence, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year and also with fine.
