Section : Penalty for contravention of section 38.

61. Penalty for contravention of section 38. Whoever makes or manufactures any weight or measure without, complying with the requirements of section 38 shall be punished wit fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, and, for the second subsequent offence, with imprisonment for a term which may extend five years and also with fine.
