Section : Penalty for unauthorized sale of tickets.

75. Penalty for unauthorized sale of tickets.-If any person not being a metro railway official, or an agent authorised in this behalf under sub-section (2) of section 23 sells or attempts to sell any ticket in order to enable any other person to travel t erewith, he shall be punishable for a term which may extend to three months, or fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both, and shall also forfeit the ticket which he sells or attempts to sell.
