Section : Petitions to the Central Government or Chief of the Naval Staffagainst findings of sentences.

162. Petitions to the Central Government or Chief of the Naval Staff against findings of sentences.Any person subject to naval law who considers himself aggrieved by a finding or sentence of any court- martial may present a petition to the Central Government or to the Chief of the Naval Staff, and the Central Government or the Chief of the Naval Staff, as the case may be, may pass such order thereon as may be thought fit.
