Section : Power of Manager to contract and take action for the benefit of theestate.

21.Power of Manager to contract and take action for the benefit of the estate. The Manager may enter into any contract or take any action which in his opinion is necessary for the proper care and management of the immoveable properties of the estate and of the rents, issues and profits thereof or for the maintenance of the position and dignity of the Nawab Bahadur and which is not inconsistent with any provision of this Act or with any rule made under section 28: Provided that if he is not empowered by any other provision of this Act or by any rule made under section 28 to enter on such con- tract or to take such action he shall obtain the previous sanction of the Board of Revenue before entering upon the contract or taking the action.
