Section : Power of Reserve Bank to give directions.

30. Power of Reserve Bank to give directions. In the discharge of its functions under this Act, the Trust shall be guided by such directions in matters of policy involving public interest as the 1*[Development Bank] may give to it in writing, and if any question arises whether the direction relates to a matter of policy involving public interest, the decision of the Reserve Bank thereon shall be final.
