Section : Power of State Government to make rules.

58. Power of State Government to make rules. The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules providing for-- (a) the distribution of business amongst the various Tribunals within the State; (b) the manner in which copies of documents produced before the Tribunals should be certified; (c) the returns to be made by the Tribunals and the authorities to which they may be so made.
