61. Power of the Central Government to require the Commission to submit a report.The Central Government may at any time require the Commission to submit to it a report on the general effect on the public interest of such trade practices as, in the opinion of that Government, either constitute or contribute to monopolistic or 2[restrictive or unfair trade practice] or concentration of economic power to the common detriment.
