Section : Power to convene a Coast Guard Court.

64. Power to convene a Coast Guard Court. (1) A Coast Guard Court may be convened by the Central Government or the Director- General or by any officer empowered in this behalf by warrant of the Director-General (hereafter in this Act referred to as the Convening authority). (2) A warrant issued under sub-section (1) may contain such restrictions, reservations or conditions as the Director-General may think fit.
