Section : Power to enter upon any vacant land.

17. Power to enter upon any vacant land. The competent authority or any person acting under the orders of the competent authority may, subject to any rules made in this behalf and at such reasonable times as may be prescribed, enter upon any vacant land or any other land on which there is a building with such assistance as the competent authority or such person considers necessary and make survey and take measurements thereof and do any other act which the competent authority or such person considers necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
