Section : Power to fix rates and charges.

203. Power to fix rates and charges.- A Board may fix the charges to be made for the establishment by them or through their agency or communications from, and connections with, mains, or pipes for thesupply of water, or gas, or for meters or other appliances for measuring the quantity, or testing the quantity thereof supplied, and may levy such charges accordingly.
