Section : Power to make Rules.

27.Power to make Rules. (1) The Central Government may, by notification In the Official Gazette, make rules 2 for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (a) the procedure to be followed in making any inquiry under this Act ; (b) the procedure to be followed by the Tribunal in proceedings under section 14 ; (c) the form and manner in which appeals to the Central Government may be made under this Act; and (d) any other matter which has to be, or may be, prescribed. (3) All rules made under this section shall be laid for not less than thirty days before each House of Parliament as soon as may --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Ins. by Act 58 of 1960, s. 3 and Sch.
